In line with the vision of the President of the Republic, Head of State and Head of Government, His Excellency Brice Clotaire OLIGUI NGUEMA, on digital transformation, the Ministry of Transport, Merchant Marine, and Logistics is pursuing the modernization of its services.
On August 25, 2025, the Minister of State, Minister of Transport, Merchant Marine, and Logistics, Mr. Ulrich MANFOUMBI MANFOUMBI, officially launched the professional ID card for the staff of his ministry.
This identification document for ministry staff is designed and managed through a secure web application developed by the National Agency for Digital Infrastructure and Frequencies (ANINF), the state operator in charge of digital transformation.
The solution is overseen by the General Secretariat, in collaboration with the Central Directorate of Human Resources (DCRH), with the goal of strengthening administrative efficiency, improving transparency in personnel management, and contributing to a more modern and reliable administration.
