Presided over by the Minister of State, Minister of Territorial Administration and Mobility, represented by his Technical Adviser Mr. Allahidi DIALLO, the workshop aimed to present the annual report on abnormal practices to all relevant stakeholders, while raising awareness about regulatory measures related to transport, in a spirit of facilitating trade and combating road harassment.
Five key presentations were made during the workshop:

According to Dr. Kassoum TRAORÉ, Director General of the CBC, the workshop provided a valuable forum for exchange and experience-sharing, giving participants the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the actions undertaken by the Observatory of Abnormal Practices (OPA).
In his official opening address, Mr. DIALLO paid heartfelt tribute to the Defense and Security Forces, as well as to the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland, commending the resilience of stakeholders in the transport and logistics chain, whose daily efforts to supply the country often involve great personal risk.
Emphasizing the significance of the issues discussed, the Technical Adviser encouraged participants to actively engage in the workshop sessions and to propose concrete and innovative solutions.
The workshop brought together users of regional transport corridors, state control agency personnel, public administration representatives working in the transport sector, sub-regional organizations, technical and financial partners, as well as civil society representatives.
