Ghana: Kia Motors inaugurates a car assembly plant

After Nissan, Volkswagen and Toyota, it is the turn of the South Korean car manufacturer, KIA Motors, to launch a car assembly plant in Ghana. The launching ceremony of this unit, which took place on Tuesday, May 2, was attended by the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo, and the Ghanaian Minister of Trade and Industry, Micahel Okyere Baafi. LAUNCH OF QATAR AIRWAYS CARGO’S FIRST AFRICAN HUB IN RWANDA

On May 3, Qatar Airways officially launched the activities of its first African cargo hub in Kigali, Rwanda, in partnership with RwandAir. The launch was marked by the landing of a Qatar Airways Cargo Boeing 777 at the Rwandan capital airport, which will now connect Kigali and Doha twice a week.
