In order to have a large number of passengers, the Regional Express Train (TER), launched last December, must rely on other means of public transport. It is in this context that GTS-SA and SENTER SA signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday, March 17, 2022.
This agreement signed by the General Manager of Grands Trains du Sénégal (GTS-SA), Mr. Samba NDIAYE, and the General Manager of the National Company for the Management of the Regional Express Train Heritage: SENTER-SA, Mr. Abdou Ndéné SALL, aims at a common exploitation of the emblematic station of Diamniadio.
The two officials, by this act, intend also to work actively, in order to achieve the railway policy of the Senegalese Head of State.
